POST-EVENT SUMMARY: OSUCOM-BRI partnered with the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation in screening the critically acclaimed film “The Bleeding Edge.”
This film has received numerous awards for its story, which is based on true events that have occurred in China including organ harvesting from prisoners of the government. We had approximately 26 people in attendance including Morgan and myself. A large number of these participants had not attended a BRI event before, as they were first year medical students. The film was wonderful, but very very intense. I think that next time it might be beneficial to have a “debriefing” of sorts to process this emotional film.
